Praise yourself even when you succesfuly tie your shoelaces🥾 :) Praise yourself for being a dude, brushing your teeth🦷 in the evening, praise yourself for being a really clever woman when you can paint your lips👄 with lipstick💄 so beautifully :)
Take it with a light heart and humor, feel free to exaggerate, it will help, because humor blunts the EGO. The purpose of this great game is not to feed the ego, but quite the opposite. Try it!👍 Cheer for yourself, admire yourself and praise yourself with every thought. Invite God into this game and move towards your literal deification.
Try it today, all day long, just for the morning, just for an hour, just for a quarter of an hour or just for a minute. But try it. You will see how fun it is to play with your mind and you will find that your thinking will change you, and in turn, the reactions of those around you. And that is really great, because it will take you to a different level. Play this mind-game as often as possible and soon you will see how your world will change.
