In the most difficult moments - it will come. Rescue, help, someone will appear and turn the situation around. Everyone has experienced it. Sometimes it is like a miracle. Often prayer and fervent wishes will help, because we simply attract such a person.
But it does not always happen that way, which can confuse us. Sometimes things go wrong, we pray, we long, we wish, we call for hope, and things drag on and on... In the end, everything is resolved, but one feels like shouting: "Why, dear God, did it take so long?" Those who are used to the miracles of prayer can get such feelings.
And why does it not always happen as quickly as we would need, even if we pray really hard?
Because we would GET USED TO this process and become unhumble. God knows people well. He created them. He knows what they are like. Not trying, letting things freeze until a crisis - and then calling on God's help! How simple... However, such an approach does not move us forward. On the contrary, such an approach is a way back, an act of stunting. And that is why God carefully doses his unique, miraculous help in the last moments. He teaches us independence and development.
Finally, good news. Even if things take time to fix, it will certainly be faster and easier with prayer, with faith in GOD, than if we give up on Him and skip prayer. 
Ten-second mini-prayer:
"God, thank You for the gift of humility.
I know that HUMILITY DOES NOT LOSE HONOR and there is no shame in asking for help when I need it. On the contrary, there is a shame in not helping - when I can. I ask You that in the most difficult moments, the power of determination to change things for the better, will automatically activate in me.
I call upon this power that comes from Your greatness, from harmony with You, just as I call upon people who will help me.
With gratitude in my heart towards You, AMEN! 💖"
