Yesterday was my birthday.
I’m 48 years old — hooray! 🥳🎉 Even more significant because this year I decided to find a woman. 💍❤️✨😄
What kind of age is this? This number? 48? It feels pretty likeable — and at the same time, a little spooky. Some people at this age are already planning a park bench, retirement, and feeding pigeons, but I feel like I’m at the start of a new era — like I’m at the beginning of life! :)))
There’s still so much to discover, still so much to explore, still so many places to go… That’s what makes life beautiful. Because it’s all about how we look at it! Here comes a look back at yesterday’s BIRTHDAY PARTY! 👏👏👏😀
The main well-wisher was Jarda Jágr! I really respect this man. He can be — and is — a role model for young people that hard work and discipline can take you to the top.
I’m not saying Jarda didn’t have talent for hockey, but nobody can deny his training discipline. 1,000 squats a day as a young player!
Try it. And Jarda did 1,000 squats a day regardless of practice, games… Simply as part of the day. That’s what I call truly living the system of KALOKAGATHIA! Better every day — BE BETTER EVERY DAY!
And one more thing. Of course — a training journal! WHAT’S WRITTEN IS SET IN STONE! So another major inspiration from Jaromír. Line up your training journal, so you can see what wasn’t done and what needs catching up! Great stuff!
With Jaromír we blew out the candles, high-fived, and celebrated at the stadium with the fans! It was a ride like the NHL days when he was tearing it up in a Pittsburgh Penguins jersey! Awesome!
Then I showed off a few tricks with a broom as a hockey stick — which became a nice little bridge from the studio as more guests started arriving...
I got dumbbells, because we work out a lot on the website...
More well-wishers arrived from production, business partners, and so on... bringing BIG GIFTS in BIG BOXES — but when you unwrap them, on the padded cotton bottom there’s just a FACE CARD that says "Happy Birthday!" and next to it, business cards with contact details, so you know who it’s from and that it’s work again... But still — thanks! It made me happy anyway!
Arnold Schwarzenegger did it in style. He rolled up to the studio on a Harley, and at first it looked like the Harley might be the gift — which honestly got me really excited!
But in the end Arnold rode off on it again! Still — a sincere, heartfelt congratulations, a handshake, and a motivational wish of good health and good vibes for the next half of life from a legend like that is something special... So thank you, Arnold. Truly — thank you so much!
A representative of the UW/SW units came too — TRANSFORMER OPTIMUS PRIME! I expected a real banger from him, and a banger did arrive!
He gave me a wrench. Probably so I can tune myself properly every morning, because anyone who’s been on Earth for 48 years needs a little adjustment! Thanks, Optimus!

Our other friends from space didn’t forget me either! I got a small, working UFO — if you knock on it, it grows and you can actually fly in it 🛸😁 — and also a HOLOGRAPHIC ORB! ✨🔮 Loved it! I still need a manual so I know what it’s for, but hopefully I’ll get it in a year! I’ll happily wait! For now, this beautiful glowing holographic orb is going into the display case in my office...
Then came a gift from the MMA FIGHTERS community! We’ve been helping the guys here on the website with workout motivation, so they can be in better shape and smash faces in training more efficiently — and with more gusto! 😂
Guys, thank you! The box had workout supplements plus gloves! Is that a challenge into the cage!? These days every other celebrity calls someone out and climbs into the cage! If someone pays me for one fight what Conor McGregor 🇮🇪 makes for the main event of the night, then maybe… otherwise… LOVE AND PEACE, BOYS — but I’ll happily come watch your fights! The pros’ fights! Respect!
ELON MUSK brought me a robot! IT’S A REAL SCX-ROBOT FROM OUR MISSION TO MARS! IT WORKS! It’ll put my shoes away when I come home 👟😂 Elon was in a big hurry, because he lives a crazy fast life and has a lot going on — which we share, along with the need to WARN SOCIETY ABOUT THE THREAT OF AI MISUSE! MUSK is a great guy! He’s going to Mars with adults — we’re going with kids! Yeah, Mars will be lively soon! 😁 Thanks, Elon, for the gift! When you manage to get a human to Mars, I’ll send you something too! Promise! And I really hope it happens as soon as possible... 👍
Sylvester Stallone! An unbelievable surprise for me! Another veteran from the old, good days! Thanks to his films like Rocky, half the planet started working out! Total legend — and another huge honor for me... And do you know what was in the box? Take a guess!
The script for RAMBO 10! He said I should read it — that there’s interest in me doing the music for it! If I’d known, I would’ve asked what Sylvester will play in it — a great-grandpa? 😂 Okay, Sly plans to film until he’s 100, and while he wished me a happy birthday, I’m wishing him the same — may it happen! 👍
Then I had some funny talk going on, and in the middle of it another wave of surprises started coming in...
Beautiful women — singers and actresses — were bringing gifts and congratulations, and then suddenly...
BOOM! I almost got startled! :) Jason Momoa — Aquaman — showed up with a trident and brought me… A FISH! Thanks!
I didn’t know what to do with it... it ended up with production. There’s going to be a cookout! 🐟🔥🍢 😁👍
The crazy evening kept rolling. It was seriously fun, but that’s how it is — the beautiful moments always fly by way too fast.
The production cake got its candles blown out and... some final thank-yous, and it was over!
It was a good party — but just a small birthday one!
We wanted to show our capabilities, which are insane and huge, even though we’re just a weekday show — as you know.
We’re out every weekday, Mon–Thu style: "When it arrives, it will be here :)"
If we ever do a BIG SHOW — like a New Year’s Eve special — we’ll go all-in and throw a celebration on such a level that the whole world will shake!!! :)
What to say in conclusion? The birthday went great — and thanks to all the guests and well-wishers for the beautiful moments.
