Téma „hodnotné potraviny + proč cvičení“ jde krásně dohromady. Dám ti krátký přehled, ať to má hlavu a patu:
Bílkoviny – maso, ryby, vejce, mléčné výrobky, luštěniny → stavební materiál pro svaly.
Komplexní sacharidy – rýže, brambory, ovesné vločky, celozrnné pečivo → energie na trénink i regeneraci.
Zdravé tuky – ořechy, semínka, olivový olej, avokádo → hormony, mozek, klouby.
Vitaminy a minerály – zelenina, ovoce → imunita, nervový systém, regenerace.
